Youngstown Tool & Die Co., Inc was founded in 1961 by Andrew Stanislav. The company’s sole business purpose is the manufacturing of extrusion dies and tooling for the aluminum extrusion industry. Since its inception, the company has embraced the philosophy that technological advancements, industry leadership, and quality products are key elements to success.

Over the years, Youngstown Tool & Die has expanded to continue meeting the needs of its customers. The company was acquired by Phoenix International S.P.A in 2018 headquartered in Verdello Italy, and is part of the largest Aluminum Extrusion Die manufacturing group in the world today.

Youngstown Tool and Die Company is located in a new, high tech 70,000 sq. ft facility complete with new CNC milling and turning machines, EDM Wire and Sinker machines, and Vacuum heat treatment equipment. It also has an on-site training facility to host its employees and customers with in-house training programs. All manufacturing processes are standardized throughout all Phoenix facilities and are fully integrated with the latest and best manufacturing technologies.
